I've been emailing the headquarters with no response for 2 weeks and there's ZERO guidance on their website or online for who to contact (other than your local gym) or how. Staff members were a mix bag. After a few weeks of this i started to get upset. There should be staff that keep it neat and tidy, and there are never any connection clips on the multigyms. But no way to resolve it. Bring back Les Mills Body Combat please!

A couple of points - the changing rooms are often dirty due to disrespectful members and the showers could be set on a longer timer as they are not great. Amazing range of equipment - Ive never seen such an impressive collection of muscles which I found inspiring and people seem to just get on with their workouts no swearing or bad behaviour.
